Hey CharanSingh,
Best of four in DU have some Rules said by the officials. The Role of Best of the four in BSC honors are as follows:-
Candidates interested in taking honors programme will have to consider the 3 main subjects and 1 language as a best four. If one is failing to do so there 2.5% will be deducted. For example if one consider physical Education, music etc.
