Delhi University cut offs are usually very high for BSc. Cut off in Delhi University also depends upon which college and which course you are targeting. 

• Cut off in colleges like St. Stephens , SRCC, Lady Shree Ram college , Hindu are around 97-98%. Again it depends upon the subjects you want to pursue. 
• Cut off for Jesus and Mary, Gargi college,  Kamla Nehru College, Shri Venkarteshvara, Khalsa College is around 94-96%. Same it depends upon the subjects you want. 
  
• Zaker Hussain, Janki Devi, Kalindi College, Aditi Mahavidalaya, Bhagat Singh, Moti Nehru, etc. are around 90–93 %.

NOTE:- This is just to give idea about cut offs. THE CUT OFFS CHANGE EVERY YEAR . There can be 3%(+-) change in the cut offs of various colleges .
