the admission procedure will be notified to you once you qualify for the Neet examination and the examination which is to be held on 5th may 2019 and the result be declared around 5th June you will be notified about the verification of documents and subsequent rounds online counselling by the central as well as state counselling hotels by July and your counselling should be over and your session should start by August when after being elected the college of your choice you will need to complete some admission formalities weather report in the college the details of which will be notified on the website and you will need to get the documents imcluding class 12 pass certificate as well as you domicile proof and other important photo identity and relevant documents at the time of admission which will be notified to you therein
regarding the cut off for the 15% all India quota again I would like to state that don't depend on others as they may vary depending on the level of the question paper but any school in excess of 600 to 650 should get you into a good government medical college of any state irrespective of whether you have a domicile there or not availing the 15% all India quota of course keeping in mind the cutoff for the colleges in Delhi and Mumbai will be higher and those in smaller States would be lower even in the all India quota category
