Hey Simar,

Delhi University does have B.Sc in Optometry as a course option in any of it's college. You'll have to look for private colleges that offer the same in Delhi:

• ASHRAY INSTITUTE OF PARAMEDICAL SCIENCES (AIPS)
• NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR EDUCATION AND RESEARCH(NIER), DELHI

There are many more colleges too you just have to research.
