The Industrial Chemistry in IIT BHU is one of the best brach from the other core branches. Talking about the placement; the placement scenerio is also very good and very satisfactory. The average package may be around 5 - 6 lakh per annum. 

The faculties are very supportive and organized. They will also give you opportunities of foreign internships and options for pursuing your higher degree from the abroad.
