Jadavpur University is on same level as IITs and if not same then almost near it.It is one of the best institutions in India.Placement offered in JU is simply awesome.CSE is the most popular branch here is placement for that is 30-50 LPA. Other branches also get a good placement ranging from 10LPA to 20LPA.

for engineering department jadavpur has 100% placement. almost all students gets placed with 2-3 offers in hand, some opted for higher studies in foreign countries. with engineering companies also business developments , financial companies visits campus. the highest packages get in information technology departments students. last year highest package was 30 lpa. average packages offers to candidate is 3.5 lpa.
