BITSAT is solely accepted By BITs Campuses Like Pilani and GOa and Dubai.

JEE Mains is accepted by all NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.
Jee advanced is accepted by all IITs.

The exam pattern is quite different for all exams and that seperates them in terms if difficulty.
Moreover, JEE is conducted By CBSE board and BITSAT is conducted by BITs Campuses.

Jee exams ar eof 360 marks with negative marking involved.
