Preference is given to students with master degree in marketing. For this you will have to clear management entrances so that you can apply for MBA in various institutions. Also students with bachelors apply apply for this post at a senior level but are most likely to not get selected because of lack of practicality. Percentage is not a problem if you have done the course with a good institute and excellent academic performance. Also work experience may give you a hike pay wise.
