Hi Priya,The benefit of OBC B is that even if your rank is low you can get better colleges(Govt and private) in West Bengal,compared to other General category students.

The OBC B certificate should be shown at the time of counselling along with other documents so that you can avail this benefits of getting better colleges in WB compared to other students.

You can gain advantage of your category rank because some seats are reserved for your category rank students.
And cutoff marks for obc students are less than general candidate students.
