Yes,  you can take this course after completing UG in IIT too

If you are interested in taking pg course on aerospace engineering then I would suggest you to take admission in any IIT because there more than theoretical concepts you'll have hands on experience for that you need to take gate after getting good rank in gate you'll allocated to some IIT.
