hello zubin - thanks for the reply But I have got another answer from Amita - saying that the cut off is 503 marks. Hence pl clarify which one is correct as your answer is that the cut off is 575 marks

Dear KrishnamohanI think Zubin has given a safe range to you to secure admission under All India Seats for Open Category in CMC Ludhiana. Furthermore, please find one correction in my answer, for 2018, the last rank to get admission under AIQ_General (Open Category) was 12,044 with a score of 530.To clarify it furthermore for yourself, you can know the seat distribution in CMC Ludhiana which can be of help. There are five major categories under which admission is given in MBBS in CMC Ludhiana, i.e. Open General (in which some seats are reserved for candidates from Punjab only and some are open for All India candidates. The ranks and marks told above belongs to the All India seats of Open General Category), then comes SC/ST and BC/OBC category which is also reserved for Punjab candidates, then a major portion of seats are reserved for minority category and final fifth category is for NRI candidates. Hope it clarifies. All the best!
