According to previous years analysis (which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon no of candidates from general category, level of difficulty of neet etc etc, also since rank fallout pattern is entirely different this year nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity,last year cut off rank for state quota in bihar for patna medical college was 7142 rank against 552 marks , through AIQ was 3258 rank against 579 marks.
