hello manidipa,There are two type of seat in IIIT Bhubaneshwar as 50% seat comes under jossa or mains counseling and another 50%is reserved for Orissa domicile.I think cut off trends will be around to 140-150. If u come from jossa u need to have at least 140+for getting CSE, which is one of top-notch branch of  IIIT Bhubaneshwar and for rest it depends but not less than 120 for any branch. Hope this is helpful to you.Thank You.
