Eligibility  for BCA course is to have passed xii board with minimum 50% marks . There is no specific cut off. You just need to fulfill the eligibility criteria.

You haven't mentioned  if this query is in regards to any particular college, usual the basic eligibility for BCA is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with 50% aggregate, this may vary again depending on the norms of the university, admission process too varies among colleges, for some it's based on the merit of the qualifying examination while others conduct entrance test such as IPU CET, KIITEE etc. The cut-off won't be the same for every college, hence if your query is for any specific one, do mention in the comment box below.

Minimum 50% marks in 10+2 in any relevant stream is required to pursue the BCA course from any college or university. Some colleges select students on the basis of merit. However, some colleges might select students on the basis of the marks scored in the entrance exam accepted by that particular college.

Entrance exams include: PESSAT, LUCSAT BCA, IPU CET BCA, KIITEE BCA, etc.
