Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal (MCODS) is a privately-funded dental college established in 1965 and accredited by the Dental Council of India (DCI) in 1970. Known as the first self-financing private dental college in India, MCODS is recognised by the Malaysian Dental Council and Kathmandu University. It also serves as a recognised training centre for the MFDS program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
