Hello sarthak!!
Category wise cutoff of KIITEE for SC/ST minimum is 40%.As per the previous years cutoff the rank for computer science engineering ,in 2017 :5054,2016:5356,2015:5044.so,according to these we may expect the cutoff rank would be near to 5k. So, try to get good score will be on safe side. Here the link provided has previous years cutoff :
