        Every year Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) starts the couselling process for IITs , NITs , IIITs , GFTI and some other engineering colleges after JEE ADVANCE result . If you are qualified in only MAINS you can fill any choice except IITs and if you quailify in Advance you can fill IITs also in choice filling . Asper the information available the exact dates is not yet declared .
But it will be just after the jee advanced results ( tentatively after 2-3 days of results ).
So keep surfing and check the updates on the official sites .it will start very soon .

JEE Main 2019 counselling will be started via online mostly in 2nd week of June 2019( exact date has not yet been declared). Through JEE Main exam, students can get admission in UG engineering & architecture courses. Various top colleges of India like NITs, IIITs & other institutions consider JEE Main score for providing admissions. Candidates have to qualify both (JEE Advanced & JEE Main exams) for admission in IITs. Counselling process has been administrated by JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority). The counseling starts between 20 June to 10 July.
Last year the counselling was started in the month of July. Hope you get a college you wish for with your field of interest.
