What is the difference between punjab university and delhi university.......is punjab university good as far as delhi university is concern

PU has more research work going on nowadays 

PU has more citations 

PU might have a better library

DU has more exposure maybe

PU was ranked 1st by THE university rankings

PU might have an edge on the basis of infrastructure.

PU has been surprisingly ranked higher than the IITs.

I've got 95.4% in commerce 12th ...so I may get admission in delhi university (good colleges) ..after fifth cut off......so should I prefer punjab university for bcom hons......???
