Manish for getting the admission in the Post Graduate course in the Political Science for that you should have a Bachelor's Degree in any stream preferably Arts and Humanities and atleast you should have a minimum marks of 45 - 50% in the Graduation and yeah there will be a separate exam for this in various Universities like :

• Dr. B. R Ambedkar Open University , Hyderabad
• Tamil Nadu Open University , Chennai.
• Uttrakhand Open University , Nainital
• Delhi University School of Open Learning , Delhi
