Hello student,

After completion of your B.Sc in Radiology you can opt for M.Sc Radiology course which is opted by most of the students. You can choose Master's or Post Graduation Diploma course in any relevant field in which you have the eligibility.

Admission into M.Sc Radiology course is based on either entrance exam like MET, etc or merit obtained in qualifying exam. M.Sc Radiology is a 2 years Post Graduation degree course in Radiology.

After completion of M.Sc Radiology you can go for Ph.D or M.Phil in relevant subjects.

This is the eligibility criteria ofM.sc Radiography

  • The student should have completed 10th and 12th from a recognised board or university.
  • The student should have obtained a minimum of 50% at the 10+2 level, with a background in science.
  • The applicant must also complete their MBBS , or they must have a related medical science degree.
  • A minimum of 55% is expected of the student in their undergraduate.
  • Entrance exams play a crucial role. The candidates must ensure that they perform well in the entrance exams.

Radiology is a field that receives new inputs and improvements constantly. The field is always trying to come up with better equipment and procedures that would help the medical science field. There are studies that are devoted to finding out ways that could reduce radiation damage.

New machines are being developed to diagnose internal damages and injuries. There are radiologists trying to improve the efficiency of existing machines.
