If we go through the cutoffs of 2019, then 600 was the cutoff score for general category candidates through state quota. It was 475 for SC Category and 433 for ST category while 477 for OBC Category. But this year, 720 has been the highest score in Neet. Due to this high scores, the cutoffs this year have been increased too. So there are chances that the cutoff score for Andhra Medical College may also increase. Expecting cutoffs is quite difficult as it depends on various factors. But any score less than 615 would be less if you are from general category.
