The fees for VIT Vellore is Rs. 1,73,000 for a year (as they take fees per annum and not per semester). You also have to pay a caution deposit fee of Rs 3,000 which is refundable. To confirm your admission you need to pay some small part of the fee somewhat around Rs. 10,000 (ONE TIME PAYMENT). The college is worth the money you are paying for.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that VIT offers many specializations in its B.Tech program. Since you have not mentioned the specialization you are looking for, I would like to tell you that VIT has divided the specializations into two groups. Some of the courses have fees of around Rs 1,76,000 per annum and other specializations which comes under another group have total fees of Rs 1,98,000 per annum.
