Amrita unlike most universities doesn't have a different fee structure for the management entries and merit entries. But Amrita started a scholarship program for the toppers in every branch effective for the 2012-2016 batch. A sum of rupees 50,000 annually. On the first year, these scholarships are issued to the first few admissions to every branch. On the forthcoming years the scholarships are awarded based on their performances.

B.E. Computer Science and Engineering Tuition fees per year- Rs.50000.
