Course fees of MBBS is determined by the funding of the respective medical college . If government funds it , the fees will be really very low.  If it's  private their only source of funds is only through fee obtained from students so fee runs into several lakhs.

Different colleges have different fee structure . The government colleges have a lesser fee structure as compared to the private colleges for MBBS .
