The fees for BCA is divided in two categories: 

1.University fee

2.college fee.

It is not same for all the colleges. In second and third year, you will be free from other charges like security, library, ICard etc. The college fee taken by JIMS, VIPS, IITM, MSIT is almost similar. It is between 70k-80k. If you will go for low rank colleges like CPJ & DIRD, you will get relaxation upto INR 15,000 in annual fees.
