According to cbse, the admission tickets will be available for download from 16th of April 2018, so download at earliest in order to avoid last minute rush.

As per the official notification released by CBSE, the admit cards are expected to be out by the second week of April. The exact date however is not out yet.
I'd recommend to keep checking on a daily basis, since it should be out in a day or two.
