This is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission to MBBS course based on NEET score. AIIMS Conducts its exam for 200  marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and GK and releases its results in the form pf percentiles. On the other hand, NEET is conducted for 720 marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and the results are declared in the form of marks. Now in 2018, a percentile of 99.44 was the cut off for ST Category for AIIMS New Delhi. That is more than 650. Now this is based on 2018 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. But you still need to target 650 atleast.
