If you are asking about any particular school then there is a maximum age of admission but as yo have not mention the name of the school so it is difficult for us to answer but if any body want to continue his/her studies then there are no limit of age for class 9 but As per the guidelines of central board of secondary education (CBSE) the minimum age to appear in the 10th board exam is 14 years as of 31st december of the year of examination.
