Basically during counselling they will ask you to submit proofs that you studied atleast 7years in that state and ideally i feel you can apply for telangana colleges.And at the same time you can apply for andhra colleges as a non local.

Dear Sindhu
Basically, due to partition of AP & Telangana we are having this dilemma. And now you can have both the options. I guess you need to say your locality as Telangana. Check the official eamcet website for more information.

Both the places that is telangana and andhra are local for you.

But you have to show only one place as a local to govt by showing residential proof.

So where ever you found some benefit , show it as your local place.
