Dear candidate

The minimum percentage of qualifying marks for NEET is 50 percentage of marks for general category and 40 percentage of marks for other sc st and obc categories so, you to get atleast 50 percent of marks in NEET exams inorder to join in any medical college if you belong to general category. You can check colleges and their respective cutoffs for NEET and more information in the below mentioned link
