Now, aiims has been included under NEET.The cut-offs change every year depending on various factors such as levelmof question paper, number of students, number of seats and many more. You will have to score above 650 out of 720 to increase the probability of getting a seat. You can check out the trend of cutoff for NEET in the link given below-

You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, any score less than 650 will not get you a seat in any of the AIIMS branches. This is for 2 reasons. Admission to AIIMS will be conducted at All India Counselling and hence the cut offs are usually higher. And even when AIIMS had its own entrance examination, the cut offs were above 98%. So if you belong to General Category, you will need nothing less than 650. And if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need atleast 625. Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
