Minimum marks required in neet to get admission to government medical colleges is in between 580 to 700.

In general as you said you are from general category you need to score atleast in between 580-700 for getting a seat in government Colleges.

But here you even need to look the state wise cut-offs and even check with the college's where you want to get admission. State wise and college wise cut-offs varies.
