For unreserved or general category student the minimum percentile to get NIT or same category colleges focus on something around 98 percentile. 98 is the safe score if you want to join a NIT with core branches. Paath remember for getting admission in NIT or IIT you must secure 75% marks in 12th board exam (65% for reserved category candidates).
