As per your query  I would glad to tell you that it is not possible to tell exact cut off for mbbs because factors like difficulty level of the exam , seat matrix of KEM hospital ,  number of students registered in it changes every year which direclty impacts on cut off so I will advise you to give your 100 percent and dont think about resultts

>> Number of seats available
>> Difficulty level of the exam
>> Caste Category of the students
>> Number of students appeared in the exam
