Hey,
University of Delhi consisted of various colleges which release different cut offs for B. Com Programme or any other course for that matter.
Still to be able to make it to good colleges of the Delhi University,a percentage of 95 and plus is favourable. There are chances to get colleges in first cut off itself,if not then in the subsequent cutoffs you will surely get admission.
Now coming to French language, the minimum eligibility criteria is BA any subject and Advanced Diploma in the foreign language concerned with a minimum of 50 per cent or in an examination recognised as equivalent.Admission will be based on written entrance exam after which you will be called for interview.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
