You can expect 97%ile -99%ile for admission at IIITs this year .You need to score more than 140 marks to get into IIITs.

There are lakhs of students who qualify the exam every year but only a few get colleges.

There are very less number of seats .So you need to be in top percentile.

Actually we cant comment of percentile needed as percentile system is started from this year only so there is no previous percentile score on which we can comment. But we can roughly comment on marks needed from previous cutoffs, for good IIIT's u need atleast 210 marks. Also this score may increase or decrease this year,  its just for a rough idea.
