The IIM Rohtak Placement Officer and his committee of 200 student coordinators assist in the processes of recruiter networking, job announcement, pre-placement conversations, interview testing, and final applicant recruitment. According to the industry-wise IIM Rohtak Placements (2020–22), there are 45% of jobs in consulting, 7% in IT, education, and manufacturing, 25% in BFSI, 11% in e-commerce, and 2% in other sectors.
