Dear Aspirant,

If you wants the refund of West Bengal Joint entrance examination seat allotment , you have to fill up a form regarding seat refund.

You can fill the fees refund form after publication of third round of counseling.

The form will be available in The reporting centre only.

You have to go to the reporting centre and fill up the form.

Hello,

You will need to visit the reporting center and ask the authorities for refund of fees.They might ask you to fill a from.It may take days or even months for the amount to be credited to your account.

Once, every round of counseling takes place, there is an option for withdrawal of seat during the counseling procedure. If the seat is withdrew before the last date applicable for so, the refund of seat acceptance fee is generated and your refund details are asked. You are returned the fees, along with cancellation of few processing charges.
