You can belong to only one category either general or bc-d. you cannot belong to both.If you are asking about 15000 as your main rank and the equivalent bc-d rank then that cannot be predictable as we have no idea of the number of students that come under bc-d category who have a rank less than 15,000.But you can still know the possible colleges you can get using our college predictor.
