Home rent is not decided based on educational qualification of a person. prices vary based on market value and location. rooms near to market, mall, educational institutes have high price compared to far away rooms.

per single person  rent range will be 5k-10k based on size, availability and level of furnish.

it would be better to prefer campus hostel if facility is allowed. there might be changes considering pandemic situation.
