The Branch Change procedure at NIT Calicut has certain rules and regulations. They are as follows:

a) Branch change is on the basis of results of the first two semesters.

b) Candidates must obtain a cg of 9 or greater than 9 to be eligible for branch change.

c) Only 2 students can leave a certain branch and only 2 students can enter a specific branch.

d) This must be approved by the FA.

e) These rules are subject to changes.
