For 2019,
The schedule is ,
Guru gobindh singh indraprastha university  will be releasing the online application form of IPU CET2019 in *third week of february*, and before filling application you should be check for eligibility and the last date of filling application form is* first week of may 2019*  and the availability of admit card will be in the same week and the the engineering entrance exam will be conducted on 2nd week of may .

acutally for the apllication in the IPU will available in the week of the march or april till now they donot mentioned but the thing is that they given for the last date to apply the application is first week of may for B tech and exam will be in the 2nd week in the may 2019
