As becoming a good doctor requires one to have excellent communication skills, which comes with lot of practise, if the country you're going to is English speaking then it's well and good you'll be about to talk to lot of patients if not, then you'll have to master the local language and also understand their culture.

But, you should pursue mbbs from india and do specialisations outside. 

MBBS of india carry a lot of weightage outside india as well..
