AIIMS M.Sc 2020 Syllabus is based on topics from graduation level and else there is no any fixed syllabus. But you can solve previous year papers and give mock tests for better preparation. There are total 90 objective type questions in the exam. One marks is awarded for correct answer and 1/3 Deducted for each wrong answer.
