There is no timings to download the admit card. You can do it anytime with an active internet connection.

Here is the direct link to download NCHMCT JEE 2019 Admit Card.

You just need to fill in your application No. and password and the security pin displayed there. Then, you can download your admit card. Do keep a hardcopy with you.
