I hope you are doing good . As per your query , I would like to know you that in every college has 5 percent seats reserved for management quota . But how they will give admission on that quota is dependent on them . In alliance university they dont have management quota and  dont have such information officially, i would advise you not indulge in some fraud by paying money to agent . Official sources are authentic ,if they dont give admission then dont . However total fees of btech in aerospace will cost you around  8lakhs
