The eligibility criteria for taking admission in vit Vellore is that a candidate must have secured atleast 60% aggregate in class 12 as well as 60% marks in all individual subjects. Other than that there is no weightage of class 12 marks in vit exam. You have to clear the exam to get admission

You question is little unclear what are you trying to ask ,whether the weightage of class 12 in viteee (vit vellore entrance exam) or about the 12th score (how much you have to score in class12) but do not worry i will answer in both respect
1. Weightage of class 12 in viteee is around 60 percent ,Focus was on mechanics, electrodynamics and modern physics, chemistry. (This may vary in coming vitee )
2. You need to score 60 percent aggregate in physics ,chemistry and mathematics or biology in 10+2

It is not an overall 60 percentage marks in class 12 board examination and you need to get 60 percent aggregate of marks in the core subjects mathematics, physics and chemistry in case if you are an MPC student that in individually you need to get 60 percentage of marks in each of those three subjects.
