You can find a job if you need, but you need to struggle alot with a low salary. other wise you can study three more years and complete Bachelors degree so that you can have a Degree + more set of skills + good salary job in an MNC. The diploma will make you grow technically sound, but it does not give you a good position, just because you do not hold a graduation.

Although, a degree may not sound that worthy if you land a normal job, but, most jobs that require strong skills in programming are asking at least for B.E/B.Tech. So, in India, having a degree improves your chances of job drastically. I suggest you not to give up on your degree as that helps you a lot in your life.
