Hello,
Every year the total marks for JEE Advanced change so the marks vs rank trend also keeps changing every year. It is quite difficult to predict the exact score to secure a rank of 1,50,000 because rank depends on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, highest score, tie breakers etc. You should aim to score minimum 25-30% of total score in JEE Advanced in order to secure such rank. Admission to Computer Science Engineering in IITs based on merit in JEE Advanced while admission in to NITs is based on merit in JEE Main. If you wish to get admission in an IIT in CSE then you need to score decent rank in JEE Advanced. A safe score to get admission to CSE in top IITs like IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur and other such IITs you need to score minimum 45-50% of total score in JEE Advanced.
