It's very hard to say about your rank till NTA declare the results. And talking about the domicile of Odisha, your admission in IIIT Bhubaneshwar will totally depend upon the cut off marks set up by NTA for OBC category.

It is kinda hard to predict the rank for a given score right now. It keeps changing year from year depending on the students' performance. But with 73 marks I guess you may get into IIIT Bhuvaneshwar (again only if you clear the minimum required score) in a not so good course.
